My Approach

I embrace a holistic, whole-person perspective.

I believe in treating people, not disorders. We are not defined by our diagnoses, and my approach goes beyond viewing individuals as a collection of symptoms. Instead, I celebrate the unique experiences, emotions, and backgrounds that shape each client.

I stay up-to-date on the latest research.

As the field of neurorehab evolves, so do interventions for addressing communication and cognitive challenges. My practice is grounded in translating current research into targeted, evidence-based strategies to ensure I’m providing effective and informed care.

I keep my practice intentionally small.

Therapy should never feel like an “assembly-line,” where individuals are shuffled through rushed interactions and superficial care. I believe in a different approach. By keeping my practice intentionally small, I give clients the time and attention they deserve. Sessions are collaborative, and there is always time to address questions and concerns.
